Mytilini, 28-29 May 2026
The workshop “AI in Culture and Society”, held in Mytilini on 28 May 2026, brought together perspectives on AI, culture, society, biomechanics, and digital well-being.
Prof. George Vouros discussed the current landscape of artificial intelligence and AI agents, while Prof. Nick Stergiou connected AI with biomechanics and human movement variability. His work is a major inspiration for this research direction and an important guide for us. Prof. Christos Anagnostopoulos focused on AI and culture, and Prof. Evangelia Kavakli explored AI in relation to digital well-being.
The following day, 29 May 2026, I presented part of my postdoctoral research on AI and knowledge graphs in the biomechanics of developmental disorders, focusing on how knowledge graphs can connect biomechanical, clinical, and developmental information.
I would especially like to thank Ass. Prof. Konstantinos Kotis for his guidance, the excellent organisation of the workshop, and his generous hospitality.
